My glasses were ordered from the VSP lab in Folsom. I bought one of their more expensive glasses so I could get the 2-year warrantee. I told them up front that I tended to scratch my glasses because of my lifestyle. I was told that was not a problem, the warrantee covered unlimited replacements and not to worry about it. One of the first replacements came back wrong, the axis angle was way off which made the distance view fuzzy. They remade them. When I ordered replacement lenses, I would remind the optical office to make sure they got them right and was assured that the prescription was right. I thought my eye site was changing so I when I went back into my doctor that did my cataract surgery, I found out my eyesight had not changed much at all and that my lenses were being cut wrong. I had been struggling with my distance vision worse with my glasses on for some time now all because they were being manufactured wrong. All this company would do is remake them to get them right and refuses to compensate me for the long time I endured and put up with their multiple mistakes. I just ask them to extend my warranty for the time I suffered with their mistake. They refuse to take any responsibility to make this right. The Doctors office and the insurance company both called this company and tried to get them make it right, but they refused. After now many calls to VSP I am now told that I was misinformed and that there was a limit to replacements, and it is not a 2-year warranty I was sold. So they are now not even honoring the existing warranty I was promised. It looks to me like they included the bad ones against my warranty limit, but I have no way as yet to know. It looks like this company is going to get away with this injustice.

Worse place to ensure your staff and company. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend SUPERIOR VISION SERVICES or EYEMED even DAVIS VISION, better service for for patients and cheaper rates. Vsp does not meet customer satisfaction, quality control and doesn't reply to customer complaints
The one on 4540 Kendrick Drive is a horrible place to work it's three rude girls and they talk to you crazy with no respect and the supervisor back's them up because they're all friends there when you're the new person there ,I expressed myself and told one of the managers and they fired mebut it was okay with me because it was a nightmare to work there, attitudes every morning you can't even say good morning to people ,those girls are so rude the supervisor needs to be fired because you really can't tell she's a supervisor she doesn't have any leadership or any kind of back bone in her body she lets them run all over her and expects the new person to do the same they don't respect her they say all the time how she not good at her job at all
